Hey everyone! I'm currently postpartum with two girls, 2.5 year old and 6 months old. My first was an unplanned C-section and my second was a VBAC. I am starting to get back into physical fitness after both pregnancies, with only 15 pounds over my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm also breastfeeding. I would love to know how to strengthen my pelvic floor and how to incorporate it into my weekly fitness routine.
