Hey guys, I wanted to create a YouTube channel around my AI agency that’ll eventually turn into lead generation, however I’m lacking some direction. I’m really not sure if I should target it towards roofing companies (my niche) or to people interested in AI. A lot of people say target it towards your clients but I don’t see many roofers being interested in learning AI, also the biggest creators in the space that have succeeded at this, target their attention towards people looking to get into AI. If anyone could provide a little direction that would be super useful. Thanks!
