Hey guys, I’ve been cold calling for a few weeks now and I’ve managed to book like 6-7 meeting however no one ever shows up 😂. Some of the people do seem like they’re agreeing to get rid of me but others actually seem keen to get on a zoom call. I’m sending reminders, doing research on their competitors to find tips for them and finding actual free value I can give them alongside the meeting, but still everyone’s a no show. Just wanted to see if other people have experienced this and if so what can be done to improve. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hey guys I’m using instantly AI for cold email and using a tool called outscraper to find the contacts. The issue is a large amount of those contacts are info, contact, hello @ and I’m not sure how many business owners actually check these emails or whether it’s more so just staff. I was thinking about switching to Apollo.ai where I could get the actual business owners emails. This would’ve been my first choice it’s just a little pricey. My niche is roofing btw, not sure if that’s too relevant but I thought I’d include it 😂. Anyway was just hoping to get some other perspectives, thanks if you’ve read this far!

If anyone could please help I’ve been stuck on this for days now. I’m trying to use twilio functions to have customer calls go directly to my client during business hours and then directly to my agent in vapi after hours, but every time it attempts to ring vapi I get an error. I’ve double checked the assistant id is correct along with my vapi api key and constantly am going into the debugger in twilio to see what’s wrong. Unfortunately it’s very vague each time. I’m thinking it’s because vapi isn’t sending valid twiml back so I’ve added stuff in the functions to try and fix this but still just get errors. If anyone could help I would rlly appreciate it!

Hi guys I finally got a meeting with a roofing company to sell a Vapi voice agent to them, but I’m slightly concerned on how I would add their phone number to vapi. Like all companies they already have a number they use and I’m not sure how to integrate my AI voice agent so it can pick up calls from the same number they already have. I want it to pick up calls instantly after hours, and during open hours pick up after 10 seconds of ringing so it’s like a fallback option. Can anyone help me with importing the already existing roofing companies number. Thanks!

Hi guys, I’m attempting to use twilio functions to give clients 10 seconds to answer the phone before the vapi agent picks up. However the redirect to vapi is what I’m struggling with. I’ve used method Post and redirected to ‘htttp://api.vapi.ai/assistant /myassistantID’ however it’s not working. I’ve narrowed it down to this as everything else in the function is working perfectly fine. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated as I can’t find any videos online about this. Thanks!
