STOP STRESSING
You may have heard the phrase "never stress" or "cortisol spike" and it probably means nothing to you. Little do you know stress (especially chronic) is ruining your transformation. Premature aging, memory loss, digestive disorders, premature growth plate closer, ect. these are all effects of stressing. Remove all stress from your life and you will live DECADES longer. Modern society is normalizing stress, too. School, Working out, Deadlines are all creating chronic stress. Do anything you can to stop stressing and it will CHANGE YOUR LIFE. luv u guys <3

I try, but I literally get stressed about everything. For example, if I spend money on something silly, I start overthinking it a lot and stress about it for days. Can you give me some tips on how to take everything less seriously?

Bonesmashing Frequency
Hello moggers, I have been bonesmashing for nearly 2 months now, and while I have gained some results, I feel as if progress is really slow. So far I've been doing it once a day, everyday (before sleeping) and 3 mins per site. I am also taking supplements for calcium, magnesium and K2. My question is, should I increase frequency and smash 2 times a day? I have seen both kent and jarion mention this but I am unsure if it would be too much. What do you moggers recommend, and how often do YOU bonesmash?

No hardmaxx used / mostly done with the TRP method and a couple of softmaxxes I thank god everyday for helping me find BP 3 years ago which has completely changed my life. I used to literally daydream about having girlfriends and being able to be that confident Chad I would always see around school. I promise you it’s literally another world the way people treat me. Especially with just basic respect and the looks from women. My last gf was quite literally a Stacy, and before I ascended I would literally daydream about having girls like that. Also to note I would work my way up the ladder of women the more and more I got confident and got experience.
