Does anybody actually enjoy enemas?
Hahahahaha. Its Day 13 and im just setting up for another enema... but it really isn't very enjoyable. The things we do for health hahahaha. Does anyone here actually enjoy them? I have a nice relaxing playlist and everything. But it feels like work. Would love to know your thoughts on enemas!

I just had my first coaching session on this auspicious date and was able to tap into a fear of the unknown of taking that giant leap into the unknown of eating a fruit only lifestyle. The fear was coming from a tiny little one within me , she was just a wee baby all alone in her cot crying and crying , feeling so abandoned and alone. This fear connected to her….the fear of being the only one in my family who will eat this way and sometimes I may have to remove myself from the kitchen/dining table to eat alone so I am not tempted. After a beautiful process to hold this little one and bring her to my nature place that I’ve been going to in my imagination for many years now, we were able to enjoy eating fruits together like the garden of Eden. I am so thankful that I am not alone with all of you here too. And ultimately, I know I am never truly alone anyhow because we are all connected. I am ready to dive fully into my day one of eating all fruit 🍉🍇🍓🥭🍌🫐🍍🥰🩷🌸

These moments of realizations are so sacred ☺️ Thank you for sharing — it’s in these moments that our convictions become deeply rooted within us, making us unwavering in our decision to embrace life on this level. Congratulations on this beautiful win!
Sanctuary
My kitchen is my sanctuary. It's where I come to meditate, to prepare food for my family, where I spend lots of time cleaning, writing, manifesting my dreams. This corner was a huge mess for the longest with herbs and spices, stuff I barely even use and it feels so good to have cleared it out. It's the perfect little photo studio. I've learned to love being in my own presence, when in the past I used to run to this one and that one for love and affection. I had to go deep to stop doing that and wait for someome that truly aligns with my heart & soul I don't watch the news, I don't do drama or dwell in negativity, I don't date, I had to cut so many people off over the years, I literally just try to keep my head above water and stick to my sobriety so I don't d1e. My life has become quite simple and I like it that way. I do miss the highs but I know where those lead to and it's best to stay somewhere in the middle, even though it can feel a little boring at times. It's been 2 years I haven't slept with a man and let me tell you, intentional celibacy is the most powerful thing anyone can do on their healing journey. It's how we take our power back. For women, it's how we clean and detoxify our womb, our sexual organs, and reclaim our throne. Being with the wrong partners can drain us emotionally and dim our goddess energy, not to mention all the physical / hormonal problems that arise from the toxicity. For men, semen retention and restraint is incredibly powerful for them to boost up their life force, increase their focus, tap into their higher purpose, regenerate on a cellular level, fix deep rooted health issues, and even helps them manifest their dream partner. I'm not sure where I'm going with this I just wanted to share my clean kitchen and I went on a tangent 😂 all this to say take care, find joy in the little things. You don't need anybody to make you feel good about yourself, make the best decision for your highest good and if you slip up, just dust yourself off and start again 🍒

🌲💚 The Healing Power of Hugging Trees 💚🌲
Have you ever wrapped your arms around a tree and just… breathed? There’s something magical that happens when we allow ourselves to connect with nature in such a simple, innocent way. Trees carry an ancient wisdom. They stand tall, rooted deeply into the earth, yet reaching high into the heavens. When you hug a tree, you’re not just holding wood and bark, you’re touching a living being that constantly gives: oxygen, shade, shelter, fruit, beauty, and calm. ✨ Hugging a tree grounds us. It slows down the nervous system, lowers stress, and gently reminds us that we too are nature, always supported, always held. ✨ The tree absorbs and neutralizes our heavy energies, while gifting us back stillness, strength, and balance. ✨ In those moments, you may even feel your heartbeat syncing with the rhythm of the earth. Next time you’re in a park, forest, or even walking down the street, pause and hug a tree. Close your eyes, lean your cheek against its bark, and breathe. You’ll feel how deeply loved and supported you already are. Let nature hold you. 🌲🌿💫
