@Goose Dunlavey Tbh, I think the Superfans was the one I found the most helpful in the end. I like the idea of the engaged client and engaged lead to try to upgrade them, but in the end I think I put people in there and then never followed up. But actually one of reasons I wanted that info yesterday was because I was trying to find a way to organise members by activity. Not sure this was ever an option, but any chance it could be something to look at? I was thinking of eventually making a look-alike audience for my most engaged members, but I can't seem to find any way of downloading something like that. Obvs there are my superfans but that was only about 10 or so, so that wouldn't have even really helped in this instance. Just wondering out loud 😇
