Why I Care So Much About Systems
It was perfect weather in North Georgia today. ☀️🌸 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁? My grandkids running around while I laid on a blanket under an oak tree with new spring leaves in our front yard. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Because today is technically a work day for me… But since I’m building a lifestyle business, I was able to say yes when my daughter asked me to watch the kids while she and her sister went out on a sister date.🫶 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘆. What I actually do in my business day-to-day is build systems—so I can free up my time when it matters most. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱. As a 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿, I need systems that protect my 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 and 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆. Because a well-run, repeatable system doesn’t just make things easier… It gives me 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺, and 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲. I don’t build systems to sound smart or because it’s a “good idea.” 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁. When you have the 𝟯 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 in place, your business becomes predictable. You stop guessing what might work. Instead, you know: • what to do • what to test • how to test it • and how long it will take for your income to match—and eventually exceed—your effort 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀…𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. If this is the kind of life you’re trying to build for yourself, come join us inside 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝘂𝗯. I help coaches and consultants build simple, repeatable systems so their business supports their life—not the other way around. Question: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲—𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘁?

Louder for the solopreneurs in the back! 📢
🚀 If you had to rehire your current team tomorrow, how many would you enthusiastically bring back?
How many times have you hired someone whose resume looked absolutely perfect, only to realize on day three that they freeze the second something actually goes wrong? A resume is just a polished list of things someone did in the past. It doesn't tell you how they think, and it definitely doesn't tell you if they can solve the actual problems in your business today. I’m pumped to share that I just officially hired my 2nd contractor for fulfillment! And to be clear, I didn't just hire an outbound VA to dump my daily chores on. I hired a specialized contractor to completely take over a process and own the actual outcome. For those ready to bring on their next hire, what process or system are you dialing in right now so you can finally hand it off to a true problem-solver? For those who are looking forward to the day they onboard someone, what are you looking forward to delegating out to that new hire?

💙💛 Building Businesses That Leave Nobody Behind: A Note on World Down Syndrome Day 🧬
Today is March 21st (3/21), globally recognized as World Down Syndrome Day, representing the three copies of the 21st chromosome. As entrepreneurs and founders, we spend an immense amount of time talking about scaling revenue, optimizing funnels, and building wealth. True leadership requires us to look beyond the balance sheet. We must ask, what kind of world are our businesses actually building? I am navigating this journey firsthand as a father to an incredible child with Down Syndrome. It has fundamentally reshaped my definition of success. It is our moral and ethical imperative as business leaders to build a future where individuals with Down syndrome (and anyone facing physical, cognitive, or societal challenges) are not just accommodated, but actively elevated and valued. Awareness is the baseline, but action is the standard. We all have the capability to elevate and build a better, inclusive future. I encourage you all to push yourselves and work to build a better future for all! I would love to hear, how are you integrating social impact or accessibility into your business model? Let’s share ideas below. 👇

@Melanie Bourbeau that's absolutely incredible and such a wonderful thing to hear as a father! Thank you so much for sharing this! ❤️ Any words of wisdom you might be able to share, having experienced this through your Nephew?

COLLABORATION WINS!!
I am super excited to have learned more about collaborations from being inside this community. I recall seeing it as a category and wonder how I would ever collaborate...being newer to Skool. - Last month, I collaborated with @Shameka Hall (YouTube expert) where she came inside my community to chat how having an evergreen YouTube channel can continue driving traffic to your business for years!! Its part of what I teach already, but having her come in to chat really drove it home. I am not the expert but teach about it-- now-- people are joining her community that want to learn more and the affiliate income is a bonus!! - 2 weeks ago, I had @Tim Adam (Pinterest Expert) come inside my community-- which is something I wanted to learn more about and then teach about it after I learned. Guess what-- he took that off my plate and I sent people to his community to learn more after he spoke with mine. I got to upload the video to my classroom for everyone to learn more from an expert -- and the affiliate income was a bonus from those who decided to upgrade inside his free community. - Yesterday and today (and again next week) - collab with 3 skool owners @Michelle Spark @Heather Boers and @Jenelle Livet - and am loving it!!! I was able to use my own expertise to teach about "Turning Ideas into Tools using AI" - the same Masterclass I am teaching here next month on April 2 at 2pm EST (see calendar). Results so far-- everyday business owners are learning about how to do things with AI they never thought possible... PLUS ... 10 new paid members to my Amplif-AI Vibe Coding Society in 2 days (between $5/mo - $33/mo or $197/yr for Stars Founding Tier) and affiliates earning income... all because I learned the power of COLLABORATION!!
COLLABORATION WINS!!
