@Julian Lopez That's what I'm saying, I filled out the form 4 days ago and did not receive an email.

Ah, I just found it in the side bar link on the right - sorry to have bothered you!
AEO + SEO Diagnostic GPT
I have created a customGPT that evaluates and scores the SEO, EEAT and AEO strength of a website. It takes you through a number of steps in which it asks you to feed it the data it needs in order to do this properly. If you don't have access to some of these data (you need to download some from the google search console, google analytics, an SEO tool such as Semrush, Ahrefs or Ubersuggest) it allows you to tell it the data are not available. But this will of course diminish the reliability of it's result. I'm sharing it here with the community to: 1. Be useful to as many people as possible 2. Hoping to get constructive and useful feedback that will allow me to make it (even) better All I ask in exchange is that you don't use it for clients based in the Benelux (for those who don't know EU well enough, that stands for Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg), as this is my home turf. https://chatgpt.com/g/g-691aec376f9c8191a888168db25936a5-x8-aeo-seo-diagnostic-gpt Very curious to read your views on it.

Hi, I'm Alexander, a two and half decade software engineering veteran and I spend for too much time coding and yelling at ChatGPT - the things I say to it would make a soldier faint. I'm also building an AEO analysis SaaS platform. It's damn close to MVP and I'm hoping to get it properly released in the next couple of weeks, assuming I don't have an aneurysm first. I also like long walks on the beach, 1980s themed synthwave and trying to figure out why nobody will set next to me on public transport. I'm not sure whether it's the murderous glaring or the uncontrollable twitching that's doing it.
Schema Questions
I'm interested to hear how others are implementing schema, and maybe get some feedback on how I'm doing it. Most of my clients are small local businesses and their websites are usually no more than 10-20 pages. Most of them are using Yoast, so I'm converting them over to using the free version of Rank Math. I'm letting Rank Math handle most of the pages, but for the major pages (Home, Services, FAQ, Jobs, Contact) I'm adding the schema manually with a header/footer plugin. I'd love to hear from anyone who has done it this way and if you found any pros or cons.

I'm writing a WordPress plugin to do this automatically.

@Kurt Koenige I just started laying the foundations. I’m validating the plugin's secure connection logic with the analyzer first. Still early days.
Search Isn’t Dying — It’s Getting Absorbed. And Nobody’s Ready.
For the first time in 25 years, consumers aren’t choosing a search engine… they’re choosing an assistant. Atlas. Comet. Perplexity. Gemini. Copilot. Even Apple’s about to enter the chat. And here’s the quiet shift almost no one is talking about: We’re moving from Browser → Search → Results to Surface → AI → Answer. Traditional search isn’t disappearing — it’s just moving upstream where users never see it. Google knows this. That’s why the homepage is slowly steering toward AI-first by default. The “two-lane highway” (classic search vs AI mode) won’t last. In a year or two, we won’t ask: “Which search engine do you use?” We’ll ask: “Which AI do you trust to interpret the internet for you?” That’s the battleground now. And the real optimization shift isn’t ranking → referencing. It’s ranking → being ingested. The brands that understand that won’t just survive this transition — they’ll shape it. What do you think — are we ready for an AI-first internet, or are we clinging to the last stage of the old era?

I agree entirely, the market opportunities here are huge. I'm in the software space and I'm racing to get a good foothold in the new AEO industry. Back in 2002 someone asked me if I could build a real estate listing site - there were not many on the internet at that time, if memory serves. Like an idiot, I said no, because I thought web coding would be too difficult for me, without even having looked into it. At the at time I was working as a professional console videogame game coder and had ported a collision system from XBox to PS2 the year before. Not making that mistake again.
