Gemini responses vs chatgpt
Dear all, I wanted to ask for your experiences and feedback on gemini. I really try to make a good use of it and it comes with lots of unique perks, including but not limited to notebooklm and best in class audio visual tools. It would make sense to get pro subscription and make it the go to tool, but I am really not in love with about half of its responses even in pro mode (flash = awful), and I tried to customise it similar to what I did to chatgpt in line with your trainings. It feels like it likes to give quite shallow responses even in pro mode or tries to overcomplicate it so much that even my PhD trained brain can't fully grasp. Worst of all - it feels compelled to use every little detail or note that was clearly introduced for context only and responses can be quite comical. All in all I tend to find chatgpt free (customised) responses somewhat more on topic with far less frustration. What do you think? Is it much better in paid sub, or am I missing some key custom instruction or just one to avoid?

I use ChatGPT Plus and Gemini Pro and I prefer Gemini over ChatGPT for most usecases. I use Gemini when it comes to produce or improve any kind of text. Gemini text just looks and sounds better. Explaining things to me: I also find it better in creating easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions. It is also more convenient for internet search as it can embed pictures and videos in the chat window. It is better for researching "edge" topics like biohacking, it seemingly has less filters applied to it. I only rely on ChatGPT for the following usecases: 1. Projects. Gemini has "Gems" but they are much less capable. They lose their context with every chat, while ChatGPT Projects retain context over all chats. 2. Deep Research: While the summaries of Gemini are much better to read, ChatGPT Deep Research seems to incorporate more sources and to find more valuable information. 3. I have heard that ChatGPT is much better in creating code but I am not a coder and can't comment on that.
ChatGPT project template built on the “Train My AI Assistant” onboarding prompt
Hello community, I distilled the onboarding prompt from the AI Advantage Jumpstart Playbook into project instructions for ChatGPT. I hope you find this useful! I think that the projects are the most powerful tools in ChatGPT and I use them all the time. ChatGPT Projects are dedicated workspaces that keep related chats, files, instructions, and context together so you can continue longer-running work without re-explaining everything each time. The core building blocks of a project are: - Chats: the conversations that live inside the project and carry its working context. - Sources/files: uploaded reference material and other project sources, including files, pasted text, supported app links, and saved responses. - Project instructions: project-specific guidance that shapes how ChatGPT responds within that project and can override your global custom instructions there. How to use this: Create a new ChatGPT project and add the project instructions below. Make sure to fill out your personal information in [square brackets]. You may add some project files for further context. For example: extended personal profile and goals, repetitive tasks inventory, tool stack and access map, workflow library, Decision criteria / KPI memo etc. This project can grow over time and while you won't need project files in the beginning you might want to add further information that exceeds the 8000 character limit of the project instructions over time. I would recommend to always use project-only memory to keep all project-related information in one place. ATTENTION: You can only set project only memory once. When you create a new project you have to click the options-icon and set it there. You can't change this setting later. I would also recommend to keep all chats in this project career- or personal development related and not to conflate it with other topics. Projects are most useful when they hold one ongoing body of work with shared files, instructions, and history.

Pre-Event Training #2 - Something to Think Through
Before The AI Advantage Summit goes LIVE next week, there is the question to answer. We are living in a moment where AI can help give back what people want most, more time, more freedom, more peace, and more creative space. But most people still have not tapped into it because they have not been shown the right way to use it. That is exactly what changes at the Summit. In 6 days, we go LIVE for Day 1 and show the path, the strategy, and the practical ways to make AI real in everyday life and work. Before then, there is one important question to think through. Because the clearer the goal, the bigger the transformation. RSVP to the AI Advantage Summit!

If Imanage to buy some extra time with the use of AI, I'd use the time to invest more time into my body: more movment, more sports, more time outside.
