I would like to know how you have dealt with ESA or Service animal requests in your co-living properties. Thanks in advance.

To explore the Co-living strategy and learn how to apply it to a sober living house. - What are currently working on? I just refinanced a rental property into a DSCR and now I’d like to find a small multifamily to purchase with that money and an additional DSCR loan. I will be looking for a new primary residence (small multifamily) and then turning my current PR into the sober living house. - What do you do for fun outside of real estate investing? This is my new fun but I also like mountain biking, hiking, dirt biking, boating and 4 wheeling. I want to be financially free to support my snowbird lifestyle.

I know most of us are probably working a W2 and doing real estate. I have been at it for about 3 years. My W2 as an IT Manager at Intel is extremely demanding. This month I have been working 12 to 14 hour days. I am not complaining because it is a high paying career, but wanted to know if any of you have any advice to survive this type of life for the short term? I can retire in December, but wasn't going to do it. After this month I have been considering it. If I left I wouldn't be able to scale as fast. I will stay on the treadmill as long as I can I guess! :)
