- Where are you located and where do you invest? I’m located in Bremerton Wa and I invest here and San Tan Valley AZ
- Why did you join? To explore the Co-living strategy and learn how to apply it to a sober living house.
- What are currently working on? I just refinanced a rental property into a DSCR and now I’d like to find a small multifamily to purchase with that money and an additional DSCR loan. I will be looking for a new primary residence (small multifamily) and then turning my current PR into the sober living house.
- What do you do for fun outside of real estate investing? This is my new fun but I also like mountain biking, hiking, dirt biking, boating and 4 wheeling.
I want to be financially free to support my snowbird lifestyle.
