From $0 to $10K - What Actually Mattered (And What Didn’t)
Six months ago I was running a hungry agency with no idea how to consistently get clients. No referrals. No ad budget. Just cold outreach, SEO, and testing whatever I could. In May, I hit my first $10K month. Here’s what actually moved the needle, and what didn’t. What mattered • A real offer clients wanted - not just ā€œweb designā€ • Picking one niche and sticking with it - home service pros • Sending cold emails daily and not overthinking them • Following up. That’s how I closed my biggest project • Learning how to close deals fast and stay in the driver’s seat What didn’t • Posting on social just to stay active • Fancy proposals or branding tweaks • Waiting until things were ā€œperfectā€ before launching • Thinking a great service alone would bring leads Momentum came when I stopped playing agency and just started solving one painful problem really well. If you’re early in the game, focus on that. If you’re ahead of me, I’d love to hear how you scaled past this phase. I’m hiring and building systems now - want to do it right. Let’s keep growing.

@Adithyan Pp Hey man, I totally respect the hustle - but to be honest, I don’t give away the systems I use for free. Took me months of testing and failure to get something that works consistently, so I keep it in-house unless someone’s working with me directly. Appreciate you understanding šŸ™

@Adithyan Pp How much outreach are you doing?
Most Offers Suck. Here’s Why (and How to Start Fixing Yours):
99% of offers in this group are struggling because of one simple truth: You’re trying to sell a product. Not a decision. A strong offer isn’t a description of what you do, it’s a psychological tool that breaks a stranger’s resistance, amplifies their pain, builds their confidence, and drives a decision. Here’s a glimpse at the surface-level mechanics: šŸ’„ The 6 Psychological Levers of Offer Power: 1. Drive – The root emotional motivator behind why people buy 2. Goal – The future state they want to live in 3. Problem – The obstacle in their way 4. Pain – The emotional sting of that obstacle 5. Action – What they need to do to escape the pain 6. Confidence – The belief that you are the one who can actually get them there If you miss any of these in your offer, it won’t convert, no matter how pretty your landing page is. 🧠 Bonus: The 3 Pools of Confidence You Must Tap Into To convert cold strangers, your offer needs to pull confidence from at least one of these: 1. Your offer – How well it’s positioned as the fastest path out of pain 2. You – Your personal conviction and certainty (people feel this) 3. Your clients – Case studies, proof, testimonials You don’t need 10 services. You don’t need 5 niches. You need 1 offer that solves 1 painful problem for 1 type of person, and the balls to sell it with conviction. Get that right, and the rest of your acquisition system becomes 10x easier. Let me know if you want the full framework I use for building offers that convert total strangers into $5K–$10K clients. Might drop it here if there’s interest šŸ˜
Introduction
Hey everyone, Im Abdulla and I am starting a web design agency. My main issue right now is finding clients for my agency.

Is your offer solid? Are you doing outreach every day? Do you have past work? Any social proof?
Stop Fixing a Problem You Don’t Have
I thought I had a lead problem. So I spent weeks dialing in my offer, rebuilding my site, and rewriting cold emails. Still wasn’t growing. Every time I closed a client, I had to stop all sales efforts just to fulfill the work. Not because I wanted to Because I physically couldn’t handle more. That’s not a demand issue That’s a supply constraint. The bottleneck wasn’t outreach Wasn’t copy Wasn’t the offer It was me trying to do everything. If I had doubled my outreach at that point, it wouldn’t have doubled my business It would have doubled my stress and broken everything. So I fixed the real problem āœ… Hired a dev āœ… Scoped tighter āœ… Standardized delivery āœ… Built systems that let me sell while fulfilling Now deals don’t scare me They stack. If you’re stuck, ask yourself this If I 2x my lead flow tomorrow, does my business grow or collapse? If the answer is collapse Stop fixing your marketing Start fixing your business.
6 Months In — About to Hit My First $10K Month
Hey everyone - wanted to share a quick win. I started my agency about 6 months ago, and this month I’m on track to hit my first $10K/revenue month. Just crossed $1K/month in MRR, and I’m officially hiring my first team member in June. Started from scratch, solo, no outside funding. No paid ads yet - all cold outreach, referrals, and SEO. It’s been a grind, but momentum is finally building. If you’re earlier in the process, keep pushing, it compounds. And if you’re further ahead, I’d love to connect and learn how you scaled past this phase. Always down to trade ideas or just chat with other owners. Let’s grow.
