Hey everyone - wanted to share a quick win. I started my agency about 6 months ago, and this month I’m on track to hit my first $10K/revenue month. Just crossed $1K/month in MRR, and I’m officially hiring my first team member in June.
Started from scratch, solo, no outside funding. No paid ads yet - all cold outreach, referrals, and SEO. It’s been a grind, but momentum is finally building.
