I want to be transparent about something...
I am now paying for two Chrome extensions. In the past, I have recommended Skooly (and I still do! See my referral link here). There are a million and one different things that you can do with Skooly to help you run your community and the post scheduler has made my life amazingly more simple. @Joe DeFilippo is also an amazing guy with the most incredible customer support. However, I am not someone who is at the stage in my business (or my tech abilities) where I need everything that is on offer. What I did need was something with an at-hand interface that was easy to navigate as well as a CRM that I would actually use - because a tool is only as good as the person who uses it. And this is what I found in Panda (which I also highly recommend). @Claudio Campobassi has gone to incredible lengths to ensure that this program respects your data privacy and also supports your productivity. So, am I flipping? No. But I am recognizing that there are different things that I need to meet my different needs. What will meet your needs will be different from what meets my needs, but I strongly support both of these programs and encourage you to check them out and determine which one is the best for you. 😊 Much love to everyone!

Same here! I use them both, and love them both. 💖 Both @Joe DeFilippo and @Claudio Campobassi offer FANTASTIC customer service.
Wondering how many people see your posts in the Classifieds?
Well, @Faith Adebayo our moderator extraordinaire would tell you millions because we are a public group and we get indexed by both search engines and AI "things" like ChatGPT and Claude, but just this last month, we had more than 9,000 visitors to the community. How cool is that?!?!?! Oh, and we are getting dangerously close to hitting the 2k mark of genuine Skool group owners as members! Know anyone you might want to refer????

So cool!!
I Posted In My Skool Community For 60 Days Straight. Don't Copy My Strategy.
I posted every day for two months, and the community was fine. Then I left a bit of space in the feed, and something shifted that I wasn't expecting. For the record, I still post every day. That's just how I'm wired. But what I found out is that it's got nothing to do with why the community works. When I started leaving more space in the feed, members began filling it. Not because I asked them to, just because there was room. The conversations got more interesting. It felt less like a newsletter with a comments section and more like an actual community. I've heard versions of this from other community owners since. One person posted daily for nine months straight, took five days off, and said, despite the short-term dip, they'd do it again just for what it did to their headspace. Someone else uninstalled their apps for a couple of weeks just to see what happened. The world didn't end. Surprisingly, members were really understanding. They came back feeling lighter and more present than they had in months. So, check this out. What I think is actually happening is that constant posting can mask the thing you're not dealing with. When you create space, you find out whether the community was genuinely working or whether your activity was just filling the silence. Post every day if that's your thing. Just don't assume your members need you to. If you're running a Skool community and trying to figure out what's actually driving growth versus what's just keeping you busy, that's what we work on inside the Skool Monetisation Lab. https://www.skool.com/skool-growth-lab-2540/about Des Dreckett - Skool Monetisation Lab

I have a thread called DAILY PRACTICE, so this doesn't apply to my community I suppose. On weekends, we take a break from learning, so there are only fun posts - still in German of course. Maybe it really depends on the community 🤔. I can't imagine taking long breaks because consistency matters when it comes to language learning.

Community therapy Session is ON. [positive] Side effects possible.
Free community therapy is happening in the 30-Day Skool Hackathon today. We're asking questions most community builders avoid answering. The catch? If you don't want to answer... You get a dare instead. 😈 Join Truth or Dare and get the ball rolling. Bring your excuses. We'll be examining them closely.

🔥 HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO GIVE AWAY FOR FREE?
This is where a lot of community owners get stuck. They worry: “If I give too much away, nobody will upgrade.” But that is usually not the problem. The real problem is people have not seen enough value yet to trust the next step. Free value is not about giving random tips. It is about giving people a real win. Something that makes them think: “That actually helped me.” Because when your free content creates trust, clarity, and momentum… people do not see your paid offer as a gamble. They see it as the obvious next step. So here’s the question for today: Are you giving enough away for people to believe you can actually help them? Drop below 👇 What is ONE thing you could give your members for free this week that would genuinely help them?

Up until now, my German learning community has been completely free: - daily exercises - 1–3 live sessions per week - detailed answers to questions - learning materials - topics covered on request And I've already prepared some really exciting extras.

@Stephen Cassidy Thank you! It's my passion and I love sharing it. Trust is immensely underrated when it comes to learning. 🧡
