Looks like Apify finally killed Apollo scrapers
Only one on the store is the official Apollo.io scraper. And it's 20x more expensive than the most popular third-party actor on the site. Definitely had plenty of automations that would trigger off filling a form with an Apollo search URL. RIP

@Titus Blair Absolutely! I know it's a popular place for pre-built scrapers! Knew folks here would appreciate

@Sami Vesamo there are some lead buying sites. but honestly I think I’m going to just learn clay and/or use Apollo itself. It is expensive but still so cheap in comparison to zoom info
How to market AI services in 2025:
Do this to get more clients 👇 Want to know the strongest weapon in your marketing arsenal? It’s not a flashy offer, fancy VSL, or firm promise. It’s the most recent result you delivered for a client. That’s it. What changed when they worked with you? How much new revenue did they unlock? How much time did they save? Once you’ve got these answers… Run it and run it hard: • Publish a case study post on LinkedIn. • Add it to your landing page. • Apply it to your outreach. • Anchor it to your pitch. (hell, chuck it in your Tinder bio while you’re at it) Because if you’re dealing with prospects that are skeptical or hesitant of your AI service, here’s why: While you’re busy talking about their problem, dream outcome, roadmaps, demos, etc… They’re sitting there thinking only ONE thing → “has this worked for someone like me?” And if you can’t address that question, they’ll only keep hitting you with: “I’ll think about it” aka “no” Happy clients give you credibility. And credibility will get you more leads than being clever ever will. Prospects will doubt your AI service. But they can’t doubt your results. When you shift their thinking from: “Has this worked for someone like me?” → “It worked for them, so why wouldn’t it work for me?” Is the moment you close them. __ Got a question? Drop it down below, I'll stick around for an hour or so to answer. I help AI Founders get more leads and clients. Follow me on LinkedIn for more content like this. Dan 🤝

…Keeping Them Is Where the Money’s Made
Hey guys, We all talk a lot about getting clients… but let’s be real — the money is made in keeping them. When we first started, we were so focused on closing new deals that retention was almost an afterthought. And it showed — clients would come in, we’d do some great work, but a few months later they’d move on. It felt like we were always starting over. Here’s 3 things that turned it around for us (and maybe it helps you too): 1. Quick Wins. -Clients don’t want to “wait and see.” We make sure they get a tangible result in the first 1–2 weeks — even if it’s something small. That early momentum buys trust 2. Regular Communication. -Silence kills client relationships. We set up a simple rhythm — weekly updates (even if it’s just 3 bullet points). Clients who feel informed almost never leave. 3. Show the ROI. -Don’t assume they see the value. We actively connect the dots: “This workflow saved your team 40 hours last month. That’s roughly $X in savings.” When you tie results to dollars, retention becomes natural. Since tightening this up, our churn dropped massively. Clients who were leaving after 2–3 months are now staying 9–12+. So here’s my question for you guys: What’s one thing you’ve done (or are trying) to keep clients around longer? -Michael

Yes! Quick wins and regular updates are where it’s at. I like “surprising” folks with quick wins if it’s a larger project so they get some early tangibles. A quick form, a style guide etc

Love gamma!
service delivery.
As an AI automation agency, how should I deliver my service (automation system)?

We help clients set up their software and have them invite us as admins in 70% of cases. 30% are completely managed. We’ve found some clients are *not* tech savvy. And the biggest bottleneck on deliver for us is honestly getting tools set up, apis, and connections. Just be careful of software ToS. And make sure you’re good with your errors and omissions insurance
