I love this! Thanks for sharing ☺️ Need to work more on my recovery ritual🤔
Rise and grind 💪
Good morning! Time to wake up and get going!! 1) Do something physical ASAP (workout/pushups/squats/plank/go for a walk/mobility) ✅ 2) self reflect and strategize (meditation, journal, set alarms) ✅ 3) Self care (cold shower/healthy meal/drink water) ✅ What are some things you do in the morning routine? Any suggestions??

Jumping out of the bed doesn't count?😆 My newest morning routine: 5-10 5-5-5 breaths, 500 ml water, 1 fruit and protein smoothie. Missing the activity part 🤔

@Ryan Bourgeois yeah, I need to start using the 5 minutes quick workout I planned for days in which I don't work out (cause when I do, it's water & sport at the same time, as you suggested)🤔
What challenges you when traveling?
Hi everyone! As I continue to build upon my community that’s focused on fitness and nutrition for people who travel or have very limited time to exercise (20minutes or less), I’d like to get some feedback! What are obstacles you’ve faced during travel that have stopped you from exercising/proper nutrition? Or, if you are a professional in health and wellness. What is you best strategy when traveling to stay on track?

So, that's when it comes to food. When it comes to exercising, I try to get up before everyone else at least twice per week and do some maintenance sets. Then, I prioritize whatever movement I can (like stairs vs elevator). There are way better strategies of doing this though. Would love to hear more strategies for when you usually travel with family (children + spouse) and how you adapt your nutrition and exercise goals to fit in with everything else 🤔

@Ryan Bourgeois thanks! Love these tips ☺️
Unpopular opinion question
Trying to stir the pot a bit here.. What’s your unpopular fitness opinion? 👀 Examples: - Cardio isn’t necessary for fat loss - Squats aren’t the best leg builder - You don’t need supplements - Light weights VS heavy weights - Can’t wait to hear these—bonus points if it triggers some debate. 😎👍👍

You can have fun and exercise too. Fitness doesn't have to be torture.
Client win 🎉🎉💪
A client of mine just told me she’s down 8 pounds in 6 weeks—not because of a crazy diet, but because she finally stuck to walking daily and hitting protein targets I gave her. Big reminder that progress is usually boring but consistent. What’s a small win you’ve had lately that deserves some credit?”

Yep, just be consistent. Better small consistent steps than huge jumps once in a while. Well done👏🏼 I am pretty proud of my protein levels right now. Almost to the "standard" range. I've always been low 🙃 finally gave up and got some protein powder cause I just couldn't hit the target. It's getting better 🚀
