Cartilage Thickening
https://www.cmrad.com/cases/1931861364 Male. 23 y.o. Medial sided pain, query Medial meniscopathy? I'm concerned about the thickening of the cartilage in the posterior zone of the lateral femoral condyle. Incidental finding but I've never seen it. I've found about cartilage swelling preceding OA, but he's 23.

Long sclerotic bone lesion distal femur
Any idea what this benigne sclerotic lesion is? it is in the bone marrow and not in the cortex. Stable for years. DD old bone infarct? dysplasia? Thanks 😊

Male 75yo - pain, no trauma
Large cystic collection at the medial aspect of the knee, which is deep to the medial collateral ligament, could this be large parameniscal cyst or ganglion cyst of semimembranosus tendon? https://www.cmrad.com/cases/2035643362

I think its Pes anserinus bursa with mcl bursa.
