It’s happening today!
Join us for the Health Design Session, a live workshop where we break down your chronic condition using systems-based thinking. Whether you’re dealing with IBD, IBS, autoimmune flares, or metabolic dysfunction, this is your chance to get real clarity on what’s driving your symptoms and what you can actually do about it. We’ll answer questions live, we’ll help you see what’s been missing, and we’ll show you how to organize your protocol in a way that makes sense to you and your care team. 🕑 3 PM Pacific / 6 PM Eastern / 11 PM Europe 📍 Inside Systema Core 🔗 Register to the session via Calendly to save your spot and send us questions in advance. See you!

Message from Systema's founders:
Watching people transform their lives is priceless. When someone reclaims their health, rebuilds their confidence, and steps into a future they once thought was out of reach, it reminds us why we do this work. It fuels our promise to keep going until healing is within reach for everyone. Standing here, in the place where Systema was first imagined, we are reminded that every step forward matters. What began as a simple conversation and a dream has grown into a movement that is already changing lives. Our vision is to cultivate a global community where every person has access to integrated systems of health that nurture wellbeing, foster connection, and empower each of us to live at our fullest potential. This is why we show up every day. And this is only the beginning. With care, Alex & Andrew

@Antoinette Dupuy Gordon Thank you for watching! Have a nice day! 😊
Just because you carry it well doesn’t mean it’s not heavy.
If you’re living with IBD, IBS, or any chronic health condition, I want you to know: it’s okay to admit it’s hard. Carrying pain or fatigue day after day takes a lot, even if from the outside you look “fine.” So give yourself breaks when you can. Nourish your body with foods that feel both delicious and supportive. Let your mind slip into rest mode without guilt. And don’t worry if it feels impossible to get it all “right” at once — this is your path, and you’ll walk it in your own way. There’s no need to compare your journey to anyone else’s. You can heal. Keep that in mind. Big hug. Your strength inspires, but your rest matters just as much.

@Nick Perrin I’m so glad that this helped you in some way. Please remember that you not only deserve to rest, but you also need to. Big hug!
Not sure which sweet treats are safe for Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis?
We've been there. Those living with IBD are constantly told which foods to eat or avoid to help improve IBD symptoms. But oftentimes, the advice around sugar and carbohydrates is confusing or inconsistent. What does the evidence say about which kinds of sugar are safe to eat or worth avoiding if you are trying to control symptoms of IBD? Read through the images to learn more about sweeteners and IBD ➡️ Sugar is just one of the many elements of each IBDer's unique dietary strategy. And as with any food, moderation matters. It is important to find a balance that allows you to enjoy the foods you love most while fueling a healthy gut and body. Be sure to save this post and stay tuned for more helpful IBD resources and tips! Which sugars work for your IBD?

It weaves together neuroscience, systems thinking, and real-world experience — and distills it into something clear, human, and actionable. Inside, you’ll discover: • The deeper systems driving IBD — and how to work with them. • Science-backed strategies you can start using right now. • How to create the foundation for remission that lasts. Your health isn’t a puzzle missing pieces — it’s a system waiting to be understood. Once you see the full picture, change becomes possible. Begin here: systema.health/microcourse
