Treat everyone with respect and kindness. We will not tolerate bullying, aggressive and unproductive debating, shaming others for their lack of knowledge or access to resources, or other negative behaviors. 2. Respect member privacy and do not discuss others’ personal information without their consent. Chronic illenss is a sensitive topic involving private medical details that should stay within our intimate community audience. 3. Anything you learn in our community is for your personal education only and does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. 4. Suggestions, links, articles, etc. should be based on scientific evidence. If there is a lack of evidence, state this in a friendly way to the best of your ability. 5. Share from your own personal experience, and remember that chronic illness is highly individual. Do not make recommendations; instead, provide resources and tools that others can use at their discretion. Trust others to make decisions for themselves. 1. Health = poop talk (and other bodily functions). Our community threshold for graphic medical details is higher than average, but when in doubt, use trigger warnings and spoiler tags (like this) and put images into the comment section of your post to respect your fellow members' consent for NSFW content. 7. Our community spans the entire globe. We welcome discussion of healthcare policy and experiences and input for navigating healthcare systems around the world. Avoid making assumptions about other people’s identities, pronouns, and experiences. 8. Systema is a non-political community and any discussions related to political ideologies will be deleted. 9. Failure to uphold our Community Guidelines may result in excusal from our community.
