Such a great informative video, thank you for sharing this. I've been using metformin as part of my protocols and it has helped me tremendously. Can you also share in writing the markers to look out for in a blood work? Im planning to take my next bloodwork in a month

Quick coaching tip that will instantly improve your results…
Stop changing programs every 3 weeks. One of the biggest mistakes I see is people constantly switching workouts because they’re bored. Here’s the truth: Progressive overload takes time. If you’re always changing exercises you never get strong at anything. Instead: Run the same program for 8–12 weeks minimum Focus on getting stronger Track your lifts Improve execution That’s how you actually build muscle. Question for the group: How long have you been running your current program?

@Joseph Seeman its been 14 weeks now and 15 will be the last week and after Ramadan,it will be phase 2, where my PT will up my calories and test to build muscle and be more toned

@Joseph Seeman next phase is to aim to bring down those Subcutaneous fats and build muscles
The Phase No One Talks About (But Everyone Needs)
Most of you don’t have a fat loss problem You don’t have a muscle building problem You don’t have a protocol problem You have a decision fatigue problem. Jumping from plan to plan Changing calories every week Switching training splits Asking about a new compound before the last one was even structured properly That keeps you feeling “busy” But it keeps your physique the same. Inside Apex we run a different model: Pick a goal Lock in the variables Execute long enough to force an adaptation No guessing No program hopping No emotional adjustments Because the real transformation phase is: Doing the same effective things When they stop being exciting. That’s where: Physiques change Health markers improve Strength explodes Fat loss becomes predictable Today’s Member Action: Drop your current phase below: Fat loss Recomp Growth Health phase And your ONE non-negotiable habit you are committing to for the next 30 days. We’re not optimizing today. We’re locking in execution.

🚨 LIVE TOMORROW – 5 Biggest PED Mistakes 🚨
In less than 24 hours we’re going live. This is not a “what cycle should I run” talk. We’re breaking down the 5 biggest mistakes that keep guys looking the same year after year even while using PEDs: Why more gear is giving you worse results Why your body stops responding Why your health markers drift in the wrong direction Why your second and third push don’t look better than your first And most importantly: How to actually run this for long-term performance, physique progression and longevity. If you’re currently on Thinking about it Or planning your next phase You need to be there live. You’ll be able to: Ask questions Get real coaching Identify exactly where your biggest leak is right now ⏱ We start: 12:30pm EST Drop a “LIVE” below if you’re making it so I know who to expect. This is the exact system difference between: Running compounds vs Running a plan.

@Joseph Seeman initially my goal was to just loose fats, but as I progressed,I aim to have at least a visible abs and hit 12 to 15% BF. Because even in my 20s, I can only have 4 visible packs, so now im aiming to be in better shape than my 20s
