1- Steps Done: Yes (15 min walk before brunch, 10 min after brunch and 15 min after dinner). 2- Water before meals: ✅✅✅ Total glasses today: didn't counted but I tried to have as much as I can specially before meals. 3- Fiber choice today: Fruit What I ate: Small apple along with less then half glass of squeezed fresh orange juice 4- Gratitude Post Day 1 1. I’m grateful to be a part of this community. 2. I’m grateful to Allah for my health and for being able to choose the right for myself at least now. 3. I’m grateful I showed up today. One win I did today: avoided sugar (and that's a big big win for me Alhamdulilah I did it for today although I was craving very bad for ice cream 👀) How I feel right now: proud and motivated
