WOTD- Fossil Minimalist Moonphase
Got this watch a while back for the texture and color of the dial. I had seen so many have either black, white, or blue dials, so I wanted to switch it up. Having green eyes I thought this would be a fun watch to incorporate the color into my outfit. This watch has not disappointed. Reference # FS5572

Thank you for helping me reach Level 8
It looks like largely due to @David Denham Jr 's amazing likes, I finally reached Level 8 in this community. Despite my collection of affordable and higher end watches, I still feel like I am learning about watch collecting every day and due to the graciousness and wonderful posts of my brethren in this community I am learning tons. Thanks again, and I hope to continue approach watch collecting as a student of the hobby rather than an expert because it is always more fun to learn than teach :)

#TriviaThursday: Time to drop some cosmic knowledge!
Trivia: Which watch brand was the first to land on the moon? ✅ Answer: Omega The Omega Speedmaster Professional was worn by Buzz Aldrin during the Apollo 11 moon landing in 1969. It earned the legendary nickname: “The Moonwatch.” This wasn’t just any watch—NASA ran a series of intense tests to find one that could withstand extreme conditions: scorching heat, freezing cold, heavy vibrations, and the vacuum of space. Only the Omega Speedmaster passed them all. It went from Earth to the Moon and became a symbol of precision, endurance, and innovation. Even today, it’s certified by NASA for spacewalks.
