Do I need contracts?
👉 Question: From @castt4 “Hey Tyson, I was thinking and talking to chat gpt and is a good idea have a contract? Like Copywriter name: castelhano Client: Mohamed Blábláblá I agree for this value and blábláblá. Do u think that it is important?” 👉 Answer: It’s likely that later on you’ll end up signing contracts… … especially when you work with bigger clients. I’d say if you’re in the beginning stages, your priority is getting a clear scope of work. This will look like the quantity of work for the amount of money you agreed on. Having these set up could save you when you least expect it. For example, if a client asks you to do some extra work, you can mention that it’s not written in the scope… … and therefore you can charge extra. There are some clients who will ask you to sign contracts and NDAs to work with them. Don’t sweat about it, this is pretty common. Also, something that is important to note is to use your real details. Idk if CastleHano is your real name or not, but if it isn’t… don’t use it in the contract or other important docs like the scope. @everyone flame reacts only so I know you read and understand this

What do I do in this situation?
👉 Question: From @amirsohrab “Hey Tyson, sometimes when I send an opener on IG, prospects try to pitch their service/course to me. How do I follow up in this situation?” 👉 Answer: Ahhh, it’s likely you’ve run into a DM setter. These are people who basically sit in the DMs of some of your prospects. They’re literally there to do one thing. Sell. The best thing to do when this happens? Just call them out. “Hey, I hope you’re good. I know you’re setting for [prospect], can you please get this piece of free value over to them? It’ll only take a minute for them to check out.” It’s honest, polite, and direct to the point. Don’t be boring by copying and pasting this, make it more personalized and conversational. I’m just giving you a rough idea of the direction. Good luck bro, keep crushing it 💪

Should I follow up?
👉 Question: From @nishchey25 “Hey Tyson, I've been outreaching for a week now and following up as well 4 out of 40 people replied on my story reply but I get seenzoned by them on my value message I've been sending them value as well and if they by chance see it they just don't reply What do I do , should I still follow them up” 👉 Answer: For sure. This happens, but it’s not the end of the world. You’re messaging busy people. They’re running businesses, dealing with staff, and handling a bunch of problems. It’s likely your message got pushed aside with a bunch of other messages in their DMs. Don’t worry about this, though. Stay persistent over a long enough time frame with your prospects, and you’ll break through. Next week, I’ve got a COMPLETE outreach course coming out. This thing is huge and covers how often to do your follow-ups. This will help you a lot, and you’re going to love it. Get hyped because when this course drops, you won’t know what hit you.

Happening the same with me. I outreached to many clients and they left me on seen. Only 1 replied, and the reply was "I am not interested, sorry". At least he replied, others are just leaving me on seen. Now, I know what to do. Just wait and follow up after some time, exactly what Tyson said🔥
