So.... I have a deal analysed and checked over and ready to view. I think this will cross the line as a seller, numbers are fab 😁😁😁 wish me luck!!! I have had an agent send me deals without ringing them. This is a turn out and a good relationship built. I have 4 rent to SA deals to analyse today. Been a good week.

Honest opinions needed 🙏 I’ve come across a deal that looks really good and has got me thinking… I don’t have a huge amount in the pot right now, but I could potentially afford to start with one Airbnb. The only thing is, I’ve been advised not to go into it without a proper financial safety net — which I do understand. But then it makes me wonder… how does anyone actually get started if they wait until everything is “perfect”? 🤔 Would you take the risk with no real backup, or play it safe and wait? Really interested to hear from people who’ve been in this position — what did you do and would you do it again? Opinions please 👇
