Joint pain on shoulder
Hello everyone, i have been doing weightlifting and i recently changed to calisthenics. Since i do dips without weight, i usually do 3 sets till failure. Why do i feel a joint pain on my left shoulder when i do dips? Am i overworking them? I train them twice a week

Try working on your rotator cuff trust me, i had a shoulder pain when doing lateral raises once i started working on my shoulder joints the pain disappeared.
Need ur opinion
I think i could've done more if I didn't go beyond 90° in my elbow, but i think the form was a bit off overall. Btw that was 60kg dips.

Need pull-up advice
Hi everyone. I noticed that I always "close" my shoulders when I reach the bar with my chin. I did some researches and I discovered that it's wrong to do pull-ups like that if I want to improve and I must reach the bar with my chest. The issue is that I totally can't. I don't know what to do. Any advice?

It's not wrong to reach the bar with your chin bro it absolutely count. The chest to bar version are just bit advanced and target the back muscles slightly better, you could use resistance band to help you reach the bar with your chest.
