Here's what I've been working on these last few weeks. While most resumes I see during the role screening each bring their strength or uniqueness, I also find that there is often things that will quickly turn me off: Tell me your story: Your experience matters, and I want to know where you are coming from, what drives you, and why I should hire you over the guy who has more hours or comes with a type rating. Large tables full of hours, down to the nitty gritty. The truth: I want to see a few things only, and the mix of the below will tell me more than enough. I honestly don't read "cross crountry" time. 1. What kind of real world experience do you have? 2. Do you have multi engine time? 3. Do you have JET time? 4. Do you have COMMAND time? 5.
