Similar situation happened back in May for me. He's now my mentor in this business... but regardless, I was forced into either A)Finding another job or B)Continuing the momentum I had started but doing it for my own business instead of his. I've been going for 9 months now. It's been a bit frightening, I've had to make extreme adjustments in all areas of life, and quite honestly... I'm scraping by in the trenches right now. All that to say... I'm not sure where you are in your journey, but you got this man. I've seen you being active in here and I think we've messaged before. A willful mind and a refusal to quit will take you far. Glad to do business together or chat if you want 🙏💪

Full Time
Recently resigned from my job for personal reasons, took a few weeks off to get right. Now I'm all the way in full time wholesaling starting today. My intial goal is to crack a deal within 60 days from now. All advice and tips or welcomed especially from those who have been in a simualar situations. Encouragement and solid partnerships are also welcomed. Its Monday and it's money out there waiting for us to get it. Be great!

Set into your mind that you will keep going until you get a deal. Then continue to do the things that move you toward a deal. I had this happen in May.. there's been ups and downs but just show up every day regardless of how you feel.
Nobody Talks About This Part of Wholesaling… And It’s Why Most People Quit...
I don’t see enough people being honest about this, so I will. Wholesaling isn’t just learning contracts or finding “motivated sellers.” It’s the mental part that messes most people up. Nobody talks about how it feels to wake up motivated… then go to sleep feeling like nothing moved. Nobody talks about calling and texting all day just to hear “no,” “not interested,” or get ignored completely. Nobody talks about how embarrassing it feels when you tell people you’re in real estate but haven’t closed a deal yet. That part is heavy. I’ve had moments where I asked myself if this was even worth it. Moments where I felt like maybe I was missing something everyone else figured out. Here’s what I learned though... This business doesn’t reward the most excited person. It rewards the most consistent one. You don’t lose because you don’t know enough. Most people lose because they stop showing up emotionally. • They stop following up • They stop having real conversations • They stop when it gets quiet The truth is, follow up is the real skill, not finding leads. And patience is the part nobody wants to practice. Most deals don’t come from the first call. They come from the 3rd, 5th, sometimes the 10th follow up after everyone else already quit. If you’re in that phase right now where you feel like you’re trying but nothing is clicking, don’t disappear. That phase is usually right before things start making sense.
