BE the sunshine 🌞
the actual big, bright, beaming, gloriously hot sunshine, radiating your natural glow and warmth out into the world ✨️ there's so much to be grateful for, so much to give out, so much to live for and it may not feel like it because the world feels so heavy and toxic right now but once you begin coming from a place of gratitude, a place of kindness, a place of compassion, love and respect, then things begin to shift... causing a ripple effect, spreading far and wide, infecting every beautiful soul residing this wonderful earth who in turn will then cause their own ripples, radiating even further and together humanity, the whole world, will become a much brighter, happier and healthier place so, BE the sunshine and keep on being YOU 💞✨️

@Steff Martin There’s something contagious in the way you wrote this, not in a sugar-coated way, but in that grounded sense of possibility that comes when we choose to lead with warmth. It’s a bold ask to "be the sunshine" when things feel dark, and yet, it’s often the exact medicine we need. What helps you reconnect to that glow when you feel dimmed?
Reflective question by Adam Carbary that is worthy of thought in everyone's life.
Just to give a little context I asked my breath how it felt and the thought came in that it was tired which I posted about. Adam posed a great question in response to my post -(I wonder what it might need from you next, now that it’s had a chance to be heard.) I sat with that question and listen to my breath, I realized in all my years I have never taken a moment to really give my breath attention. When I noticed that, I automatically felt my breathing slow down and go deeper. Today, my breath feels relieved to be noticed.

I’m really touched reading this. It’s one thing to notice the breath is tired, and another to stay with it long enough to ask what it needs next. That shift you described, from recognition to deeper presence, is exactly the kind of relationship we’re building with ourselves in this work. So powerful to hear that your breath responded with relief. That says a lot about the care you brought to that moment.
Self practice 163
Today I saw a post on being patient with ourselves as we work to be our ideal selves. I opened up space around this and reminded myself of ways in which I can practice patience as I’ve been consistent with Breathwork and other practices to be my ideal self.

That’s such a grounded reflection, choosing to open space rather than push through. Patience isn’t always passive, and what you’re describing sounds like an active, compassionate commitment to stay with yourself.
Mirror mirror on the Wall
This past week I had a disturbing experience. Getting ready to go out. Washed my face , dried it, and looked in the mirror… and I didn’t recognize, the face void of any emotion. Made me question why I’d seen it or what it’s telling me. Anyone else have similar experience?

That kind of moment can be jarring, like a quiet signal from somewhere deeper. The absence of expression can speak volumes, especially when it catches us off guard. It makes sense that it would stir up questions.

Great to have you here, Theo. Showing up is the first step, and you’ve already done that. There’s no one right way to move through this space, just your own pace and curiosity.
