Today was another jump workout!! I have been looking to include some new additions to my routine. Anyone have a favorite exercise for jumping?

Been having some knee pain/swelling the past 2 months, but, gonna try n give it a go tomorrow. Could be a big mistake but I gotta play

Played really well, knee was pretty stable. I have to get in a better routine of daily stretching for injury prevention. Felt great to be back out there
Shoulder prep
What exercises/stretches would you recommend to loosen up your shoulders and create an elongated range of motion?

Adam here, been playing for about ten years on the Jersey Shore but am always looking to improve my game as I am my hardest critic. Id like to improve my game to be a sure passer and improve my jumping ability. Thank you in advance for any feedback
