Today finished my leg day with some approach jumps!! I’m a big fan of a 4 step hitting approach. Does anyone have thoughts on 3 vs 4 step approach??

Today was plyometric day! These workouts have one goal in mind: increase explosive power when jumping. Here I’m doing reactive jumps focusing on minimizing amount of time spent on the ground. One of my all time favorite plyos!!

Today was shoulder rehab day. Big goal of mine this season is to fix my shoulder pain. Step 1 is getting my shoulder blades moving correctly. This is one of the exercises my PT has me doing and it’s been working wonders. Anyone else experiencing shoulder issues?
