Great question brother. Sometimes they are all set and there is nothing you can say to move them. Our job is to just get closer to the truth. You can ask, "when you say you are all set, is that because you don't have issues with x or y, or you did but you ended up fixing them" Based on their answer, you want to clarify further and see if you can find a problem.
