More of a general question. I'm struggling with how much to trust the algorithm to do the work of finding my best audience, allocate budgets to my best performing ads, etc. vs. how much I should be narrowing my audiences myself (by interest, demographic, etc) and managing budget allocation myself.
What’s one belief you had to unlearn to grow?
For me, it was letting go of perfection. I used to think everything needed to be polished, airtight, and 100% ready before launching. But the truth is, waiting for perfect is just a fancy way of staying stuck. Once I started moving faster, launching quicker, and iterating in public, everything changed. Progress sped up. Results got better. And nothing actually broke the way I thought it would. Sometimes the thing holding you back isn’t a strategy problem. It’s a belief problem. 👇 What’s a belief you had to unlearn before things started moving?

@Sebastian Fuentes I'm with you on perfection. Also, as a career creative director, I had to stop thinking I knew what ad creative was going to work, and follow the data instead (still working on this one as it still baffles me what people will click on).
