So I'm just recovering from a recent finger fracture and I want any suggestions to my current routine for a short bulk

If you have a finger fracture focus on recovery , for not focus on things and exercises that don't require the use of fingers , like running , legs or something. Minimize use of fingers for maximum recovery.

So, I know everyone who joined this community is obviously trying to improve their physique, but I want all of you guys/girls (if there is any) that it's very tempting to stop, everyone, be honest, we want, we really want to live comfortable, just watch YouTube, binge eat, stay home all day, fap, whatever, everyone wants to do it, and it's tempting to do so, but we want to improve, and stay away from that stuff (except for youtube if you're using it for your own benefit) so, just keep up the good work, and stay away from that stuff Stay safe everyone, keep up the grind -Caleb Kinney

Being comfortable kills us. On the outside being comfortable seems like the pleasure but like the saying there's no light without the darkness . Being comfortable is the reward you take for working hard and good. That too sometimes . So work hard and harder.

My OG bulking shake /smoothie
Note/Intro: For me since my protien requirements were like 180 grams at that time this helped me to gain like solid 4 kgs a month , since I was pushing myself like crazy in the gym, the fat did spread across my body and helped me to get bigger , look fuller and have more strength . I gained a good amount of muscle too with it which was piercing through any fat I had. If you care about taste rather than macros or if you're a bitch stop reading because this recipe is only for the brave. When I made this recipe I was lazy I just wanted protien in one go and i didn't care how or even the taste . So you'll begin by taking 1Litre if milk (yes 1 litre) , put in a blender / mixer , add like 5 tablespoons of peanut butter to it (the peanut butter with no added sugars just natural taste) Then add 100 grams of oats to it , Then add like a scoop of any whey protein and blend , for like 5 solid minutes , open the blender after every 2 mins to seperate any lumps . You can add the protein powder and blend with the milk seperataly . Macros - Protien 90 grams Fats 82 Carbs 140 Fibre 17 grams This does have a decent amount of fat, this is good because fat (good fat) helps in the metabolism of testosterone and this also keeps you full for a very long time , atleast a couple of hours . Since I had 2 meals a day only this is what I survived on for most of the day. Hope anybody who finishes this to the end and implements it becomes a jacked, huge mf who gets the girls like his /her grandma thinks he/she does 🙏🏻🤝🏻🗿
