Note/Intro:
For me since my protien requirements were like 180 grams at that time this helped me to gain like solid 4 kgs a month , since I was pushing myself like crazy in the gym, the fat did spread across my body and helped me to get bigger , look fuller and have more strength . I gained a good amount of muscle too with it which was piercing through any fat I had.
If you care about taste rather than macros or if you're a bitch stop reading because this recipe is only for the brave. When I made this recipe I was lazy I just wanted protien in one go and i didn't care how or even the taste .
So you'll begin by taking 1Litre if milk (yes 1 litre)
, put in a blender / mixer ,
add like 5 tablespoons of peanut butter to it (the peanut butter with no added sugars just natural taste)
Then add 100 grams of oats to it ,
Then add like a scoop of any whey protein and blend , for like 5 solid minutes , open the blender after every 2 mins to seperate any lumps . You can add the protein powder and blend with the milk seperataly .

Protien 90 grams
Fats 82
Carbs 140
Fibre 17 grams
This does have a decent amount of fat, this is good because fat (good fat) helps in the metabolism of testosterone and this also keeps you full for a very long time , atleast a couple of hours .
Since I had 2 meals a day only this is what I survived on for most of the day.
