After years of heavy progressive overload training and lack of proper recovery my body is banged up. Knees, back, shoulders and elbows are frequently in pain. Can you please recommend a training program to help me work around and correct these issues. My goal is to maintain my muscle mass while dropping body fat. Thank you for the help
