I have new goal which is to learn planche, any advice? also would like a routine to follow either with both calisthenics or weighted bag or just calisthenics.
Can you become shredded with calisthenics alone?
Ive been doing calisthenics for 2ish years now and ive managed to put on some good size. Was just wondering if its possible to become shredded and aesthetic with only calisthenics or if the gym was needed as well for optimal growth. The main goal im going for is a rough Zyzz / Jon skywalker physic but without the enhancements. thanks

completely possible with just calisthenics long as your dedicated
quick break lol
gonna take a slight break 3 or 2 days ago I fell from my skateboard(learning it not good at it) and ever since the fall I've been coughing nearly consistently lol and my rib hurts when I cough or apply any pressure so I'll take a break for another 1 or 2 days to see if itll help
Building muscle and strength
Hello everyone, I’ve been doing calisthenics very unregularly for about 2 years. At this I want to build muscle and increase my strength. Right now I am able to do 35 pushups, 15 pullups and around 10 ring dips (got no parallettes). My problem right now is that I dont have a good program to follow. What would y’all advise me to do?

leg day '-' we gotta work together on that one, I would say some wall Sits and air squats and could do calf raises

@Tygo Borst whatever works for you as long as its done one way or another but do make sure you have rest taken care of as well
