Building muscle and strength
Hello everyone, Iโve been doing calisthenics very unregularly for about 2 years. At this I want to build muscle and increase my strength. Right now I am able to do 35 pushups, 15 pullups and around 10 ring dips (got no parallettes). My problem right now is that I dont have a good program to follow. What would yโall advise me to do?
