All over the place.
What is your best tip and trick to stay and keep yourself organize? If you run a business i would love hearing from you. I run my own business and im all over the place.

I don’t actually focus too much on being organised.....I focus on staying focused. I work in 90-day chunks and always have three core projects I’m moving toward. Those get done first, no matter what. Everything else is just noise, and that’s usually when the disorganisation creeps in 😅 For me it’s more of a mindset thing than a practical one. What is it specifically that you struggle to stay organised with? And what makes you feel like you're all over the place?

@Xavier Todd Well I'm not working intensively for those 90 days, so I'm resting everyday. It's just my focus is on a limited amount of projects that I can realistically complete in those 90 days, which helps me manage my ADHD when shiny object syndrome kicks in 😂 I don't really schedule things because my brain immediately rejects that, but I created a really simple tracker in Google Sheets to give me a hit of dopamine every time I make progress on the project. For example, I'm working towards a TEFL qualification right now, and this is how I'm tracking it👇
Lets Talk Business Growth
Hey everyone Just wanted to wish every business owner here a happy and successful week ahead! You know, one thing that keeps every business alive is people. The more people know about what you do, the more opportunities you create, for sales, for growth, and for building real connections. Without people, even the best product or service can go unnoticed. Getting more people into your business isn’t just about selling, it’s about building trust, creating awareness, and keeping your business moving forward. Now, the question is, how do you actually get more people into your business? It starts with putting yourself out there. You can’t grow in silence. Whether it’s through sharing valuable content online, connecting directly with your audience, building an email list, running promotions, or simply having genuine conversations about what you do, it all helps. The more you show up, the more people begin to notice you, trust you, and eventually become your customers. No matter the kind of business you’re in, people are the heart of it. So it’s worth finding ways to keep reaching out, engaging, and letting them know the value you bring. So, how are you currently reaching out to people about your business? What’s been working for you, and what would you love to improve? Drop a comment below, I’d love to hear from you, and I’ll do my best to answer any questions I can. Wishing you all a productive and successful week ahead!

I use a 'free mini-service' strategy and it's one of my favourite ways to build know, like, and trust because it’s all about genuine connection through value and experience. Instead of relying on content alone, you invite someone to actually experience what it’s like to work with you, in a short, focused, and results-driven way. It could be a quick audit, a mini coaching session, or a bite-sized deliverable that gives them a tangible win while showcasing your expertise and energy. It removes pressure from both sides, sparks real relationships, and naturally leads to deeper paid work if it's a good fit.

@Ruth Stugart I'm a business coach, who kinda hates marketing 🤣. Anything I can do that goes directly towards building connection with my ideal clients (without icky cold DM outreach) is a win for me and a mini service strategy feeds into that really nicely!

How do you recharge without feeling lazy?
Was talking about it in FFA and interested how people feel about getting rest, freedom, or free time? Does that result in guilt or shame?

CBT really helps with this! I used to feel really guilty about resting or not being productive, and then CBT helped me realise there's an automatic thought that's coming before the feeling. If you can address the automatic thoughts, you can deal with the feelings a lot easier.
Whats your nickname?
Got this idea from @Rainbow Bird de Soliris Sage the Mage! Nicknames is an easy way to know your character. For example Chris Do is 'Loud introvert'. We can try to guess how you got it. If you don't have one, make one up or have someone make one for you!
