I Failed 75 Hard…Again
The gallon of water took me out again on day 38. It was 9pm and I still had 88oz of water to drink. I was tired. I’ve chugged a bunch of water on other nights and quite frankly it’s not comfortable. I made the choice to fail. If I’m being completely honest, the follow a diet aspect of the program has been tough too. I’m just trying to maintain my weight so things feel more relaxed with nutrition. So when I think about what the program is and the level each of the tasks are to be completed at I question if was I really completing that task in the right way. Maybe someday in the future I will start again. I have no immediate plans to restart. Until then I hope to take with me the lessons learned. ✨You accomplish what you prioritize. ✨Failure to plan is planning to fail. ✨The right clothing for the weather makes a difference. ✨Do it anyway.

@Krista Vega thank you so much! Life after 75 hard has been a big struggle. I relaxed so much on my daily goals because I don’t “have to” do it all. So now I need to find how to check the boxes daily as a healthy lifestyle.

Zero tracking this weekend & too many adult beverages last night.. my body reminded me all day that bad decisions were made!! But tomorrow I’m kicking off “30 hard” 😅 30 days of 75 hard basically.. I’m dipping my toes in the water before I take a dive!
