You Loose Some You WIN Some
The other day, I had a meeting with a potential client. Backstory with her — she was a warm lead for my business. Because of the September rush and all the madness with children, our conversation and potential partnership got delayed for about a week and a half. A couple of days ago, we picked things back up and scheduled a meeting to fully go over the marketing campaign. We were supposed to meet on Wednesday evening, but because of a family situation, we rescheduled for Thursday morning. We got on a call, talked for a bit, and around 5–8 minutes in, she told me that her husband had enrolled in marketing classes. That didn’t feel good — after nurturing a potential client for so long, to hear that they might not need your services because of marketing courses. But that same day, I had another meeting with a different warm lead. We talked, had an amazing conversation, and eventually came to an agreement to work together. Here’s the interesting part — this client turned out to be 5x bigger than the one who said they’d be attending marketing classes. That immediately brought a smile to my face and taught me an important lesson, not only in business but in life: “No matter how hard something bad hits you, allow yourself to be sad for 5 minutes. After that, pick yourself up and move forward — because you never know what you’ll find around the next corner.” The story with the first potential client isn’t over yet, so if you’re curious how it ends or what twists it takes, let me know in the comments 🙂

@Brennan Thompson I am sorry that my name doesn't really rhyme with anything 😆 Thank you anyways!
Routines
Routines aren’t boring — they’re the backbone of strength, purpose, and legacy. Your morning routine sets the tone. Your evening routine locks in the lessons. Your weekly rhythm keeps you aligned with what truly matters. Every habit stacks. Every routine either builds the man you’re becoming or breaks him down. That’s why the 12 Pillars of Wealth thrive on consistency. What’s one routine you’ve built that keeps you strong and grounded?

I am not a morning person at all. Bed is better in the morning 😂. So i figured a way to shock my body to wake it up. Splashing my face with the coldest as possible water and not once but multiple times. Now I can't really start my day without it

@Jon Andrus Been doing it for over 7 months now, so it's either placebo effect or really helps
Level 1 Lurkers - What's Your Opinion?
So this came up on our BCBT Call today. BTW... if you are building a community or even think about it, and you're NOT on these calls... you gotta ask yourself Why Not? Anyway the idea of kicking people out of the group after a certain amount of time if they haven't engaged at all came up on the call today... we're talking like it's been months and they are still Level 1 with 5 points to go. Now, to be clear... We haven't done this in RECREATE or here in The HuRU Crew. And the "official" line from Sam and the Skool team is: "Note — Removing inactive or level 1 members doesn't improve your rank. Some people like to lurk." All that said, I'm curious what everyone here thinks. Should a person who has said nothing and likely won't ever engage, stay in the group? It's really a great question especially for a group like HuRU where the entire point is to Meet Nice People. Make Great Friends. Build Cool Communities. How can someone do that if they refuse to engage. So what say you Crew? P.S. - How great would it be if every Level 1 member responded to this post telling me to leave them be? 😁😁

@Krista Melanson I used to be like them, and from my experience i thought that i will just take all the information and knowledge and run with it use it myself and be successful AF. But that is certainly not the case, learned it not too long ago and that open a lot of doors in very short amount of time. Talked with really inspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners. Had chance to talk with @Brennan Thompson. And to be fair, I am not really people's guy, but this brings me a lot of joy

News Flash & Quick Assignment
Yesterday opinion poll about Level 1 Lurkers, not only got a lot of great insights from many of you... it also resulted in two incredible HuRUs who shared their thoughts, hitting Level 3. Thanks and congratulations to @Diana Frank and @Michelle Bozeman. Our HuRU battle cry of "No HuRU left behind" still holds strong. Now for the quick assignment. Yesterday I pinned a comment inside that post from @Nojus Velyvis a great HuRU member as well as RECREATE member. Also had a great 1:1 call with Nojus earlier today. Let's go to his comment and show it some HuRU love and get Nojus up to a 2 or a 3. Why? Because it's just what we do here in the Crew. You can find his pinned comment here: CLICK HERE
