I saw this post this weekend and it sparked a light for me. I created a Top 10 list in evyAI for my evyAI peeps. But I also did that for other platforms I am on because not everyone on LinkedIn is on YT or IG, etc. Thank you @Joe Apfelbaum for sparking another stackable light bulb moment.

Follow-up Tracking
So I am still struggling to find a rhythm with my follow ups. How do you keep track? My spreadsheet is getting unmanageable and people are falling through the cracks. I have the people in an evyAI Prospect list but that doesn't show me the date of the last message I sent. Is there away to show and or sort that? I have been very good at keep all my contacts in a List. @Evan Mestman and I still need to have another follow up to continue part of this conversation as I also use GHL.

@Joe Apfelbaum I think you are saying the same thing as @Fernando Colmenares and if so, I believe you have to manually look through everything. If that is not the case, PLEASE share with me how to utilize it better because I already do all the research and add it to their profile. I think I have every contact I have on LinkedIn in a list on evyAI ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I will look at what @Rick Kloete sent me but I did buy the bundle early on, so I know I have what Rick talked to me about. I am excited to get this nailed down as the VAs are getting better and better and I am already overwhelmed with what they have done so far and I want to ramp them up.

I think this may have gotton lost in my replay above, so I am going to repost here. @Tami Joy and @Joe Apfelbaum that is the PROBLEM ... I don't have a good strategy that works which is why I am asking ๐Ÿ˜‰ Here is the process and where it breaks down: ********This part is working well*********** 1. VA sends connections request and inMails up to 3 messages we wrote together with the help of Chat and evyAI. 2. As soon as they as the prospect Replies, they go on the "Linkedin Replies" tab (see below) and the ball in 100% in my court now 3. I message back within 24 hours (could be a bit longer if the weekend) 4. I add them to a prospect list in evyAI 5. If they join my Skool community i move them to EYP Free list in evyAI 6. GHL kicks off email sequence to book a call for step 5 *****Here is the break down in the process (on me)********* 1. I make the date of when I did step 3 above but I don't have a good follow-up sequence for message or call 2, 3, 4 and move them to monthly 2. the spreadsheet gets out of control. Too many colors. 3. No automations to wake up and say, "Dierdra, you need to touch these people today because their life will not be as fulfilled as it could be if you don't impact them." I think I need to get the poeple from the spreadsheet into GHL, into a workflow, pipeline or something like that. I feel like it is CRM 101 but I keep banging my head against the wall and not "seeing" how to use the tools I own like GHL and evyAI. PLEASE let me know if this is clearer.
