Honestly, if 1 client goes ghost, nothing. Even with "perfect" delivery you will have a churn rate for various reasons that often are completely unrelated to you or the service in question. It's more useful imo to look at the average amount you're making clients, or the average stick time, your own LTV, or some other churn metric.
Main thing that's working for me is just letting them know we have a plan and spinning a story around why we did what we did in the past, why it failed, what we're looking to do different. Make them think "he's got this" is very important.
