Pain is a good thing. Use it for change!
It’s the one thing we try to avoid but really that is your level up Lean into your pain. Most people run from it. Distract. Numb it. Pretend everything’s “fine.” But nothing changes there. Sometimes you need to get pissed off. Frustrated. Fed up with where you’re at. Because that’s where change actually starts. The most dangerous place you can live? That middle ground where life is just… okay. Not bad enough to force action. Not good enough to feel fulfilled. So you sit there. Stuck. Comfortable… but quietly disappointed. Pain is a signal. It’s telling you: 👉 This isn’t it 👉 You’re capable of more 👉 Move Use it. Channel it into training harder. Thinking sharper. Acting with intent. Don’t waste it. Because if you don’t lean into it… you’ll stay exactly where you are.
