Which Title Catches Your Eye?
I am in the process of publishing a book but, In creating this book I have a challenge of creating a clear and aligned title for it... I have narrowed it down a bit but would love your input. Which title carched your attention most? and does it feel clear on purpose? Or do you have a completely different line of feedback? Ok, listened to advice so far and refined: How do we feel about "True Capacity: Stop Forcing. Start Regulating. Get Shit Done."

@Alison St. Romain totally get it.. i like it. 💚
💚 Your nervous system leads your execution. 💚
I was reminded of this very personally a couple of days ago. I had a stressful call with my sister - and even though the call itself ended, my body didn’t move on as quickly. I was so dysregulated afterward that I ended up essentially bed-ridden for a couple of days. Not lazy. Not unmotivated. Just… offline.. And that’s the thing we often miss, especially as entrepreneurs. When our nervous system takes a hit, productivity doesn’t just dip a little. Sometimes it stops entirely. In relationships, dysregulation can show up as triggers, shutdown, or emotional overwhelm. In business, it can look like procrastination, brain fog, avoidance, or not being able to access the part of us that knows what to do. No amount of pushing helps in those moments. What actually helps is tending to the nervous system first, letting the body settle so execution can come back online. This is why I keep saying: 💚 regulation isn’t separate from productivity 💚 emotional safety isn’t separate from follow-through 💚 and “doing nothing” for a bit can sometimes be the most strategic move So if you’re struggling to execute right now, it might not be a discipline problem. It might just be your nervous system asking for care. Curious - have you noticed moments where an emotional hit affected your ability to show up or work afterward? 💚

How This AuDHD Mom Went Full-Time Entrepreneur
I just sat down with @Amber Kay, a single AuDHD mom of 3 and member of the Focus Founders Accelerator, to talk about how she: - Quit her 9-5 and went full-time as an entrepreneur - Made $1,600 more in the first month of launching her business than she ever did working her job - All while working the same or fewer hours - With zero experience running a business Amber shares how she followed a voice inside her head that saved her life, signed a contract with herself to make the transition, fought self-doubt and perfectionism, and MADE. IT. HAPPEN! She is such a badass human being and a wonderful soul. I watched this woman buy a homeless man a sandwich when she could barely afford one for herself. I'm so honored to give this woman the credit and spotlight she deserves, and to be helping her build her dream life one brick at a time! 👉 Join the Accelerator waitlist here to be notified when it reopens. @Kathy Roberts She is a badass lady who lives in Philly (closer to you), loves connecting with older people with ADHD and runs a kickass business. She has navigated a lot of what you are talking about feeling scattered and focus that's why I believe she will be great connection to you. Also if you're an early bird like us, absolutely join us for morning co-working session. You can find it here on calendar. She joins everyday to work too and together we can knock-out important tasks and keep each other accountable!
