How are you preparing for the fun week ahead! I will be traveling + normal work load + normal lifting routine = CHAOS no matter how I prepare😮‍💨 BUT what will help me enjoy the time + keep me grounded is preparing my protein in advance! I have been on the same meal plan for several weeks now. I don’t plan on getting off of it anytime soon. So on a week like this, I like to keep everything as stable as possible. To include the same meals leading up to Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! I’ll be enjoying some food off plan but realistically, I love keeping everything the same. That’s what works for me! But now we have to make decisions based off of what we need to do. What gets in the way is how we feel. We don't "feel" like doing it. But guess what.. you will never feel like doing it.
