Grateful for people confiding in me when they have a moment of trouble. I had 2 occasions today where colleagues has found themselves in a challenging moment. They reached out for support. It’s a special feeling being able to help someone through those moments, though you may not have solved it more them then and there, it allows them to feel confident to take the next step. That’s pretty cool.

I'm so grateful for this community 👭👬👫🧑‍🤝‍🧑 For the blitz And for @Addie Beall my blitz buddy! My main focus on the blitz was working on my community and going up in discovery because I'm revamping my community. So I haven't been as active here and next time I'll also focus on the leaderboard. I moved up 1337 in discovery!! And even better than that here are wins: ~ revamped my starting classrooms and added a new classroom, ~ a few new people found me from skool even though my about page is dismal (working on that next) ~and also a couple new people from my streaming TV clients from last year [who I am retraining, because last year they had access to me directly individually and I gave away my time for free. Now I'm retraining them to find me in the community and some are resisting. I'm continuing to work on compelling ways to Help them see it will be valuable for them instead of just expecting them to come because I'm there🤪] ~ have more clarity about setting up tiers
