I am extremely thankful to YOU! ♥️🙏🏽
I don’t know how you guys feel about this community or Skool in general, but I can honestly say this has completely changed my life. And it’s wild to think I’ve only been here for about 3 months. Skool has changed the way I connect with people, the way I see others, the way I learn, grow, and progress. I finally found a place where we’re not judged, where people actually listen, support one another, share honestly, challenge one another with respect, and genuinely want to see one another win. A place where growth is encouraged, vulnerability is safe, and everyone understands that we’re all on our own journey, but we don’t have to walk it alone. The words below are just a few wins I’ve had from getting to know you so far, and I love this moment because this is only the beginning. There is no order of importance or preference, by the way. You also DON’T NEED TO READ IT ALL, you can skip directly to your name 😂 As we’re about to get into the topic of “communication,” I want to say this: words are extremely powerful. We’ll break that down and explain why very soon. Until then, I want to leave a note for the people who have made the biggest difference in my life here so far. @Jack Shiller - man, that IRL was only powerful because you were there. Meeting you in person was not only by coincidence, and I admire your effort to create such an amazing group and the name, I told you… The most appealing name I’ve seen. Jack, every day I wake up and show up here, I’m excited to engage with you because you’re such a positive person and a joy to be around. I admire your willpower to get out of your comfort zone and do something every day that you KNOW you don’t feel comfortable with, and that tells me where you’re going in life… success is right around the corner, brother. Moving away from your parents’ house to be here is a huge deal, and I admire you for that, too. And don’t forget, your public speaking skills are already amazing, and they’ll only get better from here.
I am extremely thankful to YOU! ♥️🙏🏽
Thanks my friend!!! No words can describe what this friendship means!! So happy that we get along so well since the beginning! Ill always be there when you need me! You can count on that!
Monday Inspiration 01/12 ➡️ Tennis Perspective 🎾
Welcome to Monday Inspiration and the second full week of January. 😎 With the Australian Open starting today, I want to share a perspective on why tennis is one of the most common sports among top executives and leaders. It is not about cardio or competition. It is about responsibility. Tennis is a mirror of leadership. You are alone. Every point is a decision. There is no one to blame when things go wrong and no one to hide behind when things go right. Missed serve. Your responsibility. Lost momentum. Your response. Comeback. Your merit. The sport also teaches something leaders need daily. A point by point mindset. You reset quickly. You do not carry the last mistake into the next decision. You adjust strategy, manage emotions under pressure, and stay composed even when you are losing. In tennis, effort without direction loses points. In life and business, action without clarity wastes time. The game rewards strategy first and execution second. It treats losses as data, not trauma. That is how strong leaders are built. So the real question is this. Does it make sense to spend hours every week training under pressure to perform better in real-life decisions? Or is it just an excuse to skip the gym? What do you think about this comparison? How do sports or challenging activities show up in your life and leadership? Ps: We have the pleasure to have someone in our community who was and still is a GREAT Tennis Player and, in fact, is in the Hall of Fame of his university, @Felipe Garcia Friedrich. 👏🏽🙏🏽 Have a blessed second full week of January. Let’s WIN!
Monday Inspiration 01/12 ➡️ Tennis Perspective 🎾
Tennis is the most common sport among top CEOs and leaders, perfect point Bruno. In tennis you don't get subbed out when you are not in a great day, you don't have a teammate to help you out when you mess up. It's you against you and your opponent, every point counts, every point values the same thing. It is the small steps, like in business, you don't have a big change, without small steps. Every day you get better, is another day closer to your big change. More than phisically challenging, tennis is a mental challenge, like business are. For me, this comparison is so up to date, and really needed! Thanks Bruno for that! Have a great week!
Monday Inspiration 01/05 + Leadership Launchpad Is Live 🚀
This is the first full week of the year, and it matters more than most people realize. How you start this week sets the tone for your standards, your habits, and the pace you carry into the rest of the year. That’s exactly what I talked about in today’s video. The beginning matters!!! And on that note… Leadership Launchpad is officially LIVE. This is our second course, following the Time Mastery course, which was incredibly successful. I’m proud of the work we did there, and I’m even more excited about what’s coming next. If you want access to Leadership Launchpad, you’ll need to be in the Premium tier minimum 😎 We’ll also host weekly accountability calls every Saturday at 10:30 AM for the next 8 weeks, focused on this course. I’ll remind you here each week. As I said in the video, I’m genuinely excited to see who WE become in the process. I often think about how powerful this platform (Skool in general) can be if we truly follow through on what we’re building here. I want this to become one of the best leadership communities. And why not? Why not dream big? Best doesn’t mean the biggest. It means people growing, succeeding, and sharing real stories, not chasing numbers, but building real momentum together. On Wednesday, I’ll post my goals for the year and would like you to share yours as well. From there, we’ll set up 6-week accountability checkpoints to follow through and hold each other to a higher standard. This is big. And I’m genuinely excited to face this year alongside you. Let’s have a kickass week. Let me know what you thought about the video and how excited you are for this year 😎

Tonight Is About Learning, Not Judging Yourself
Tonight we have our Goal Setting Workshop, and I want to share a quote that really stuck with me this week: “When things don’t go well, it’s easy to wonder, ‘Why me?’ It’s easy to point fingers. It’s easy to wallow in frustration or defeat. But it is also easy to ask, ‘What is this teaching me?’ You can’t remove the frustrations from life, but you can always try to come out a little wiser on the other side.” That’s the mindset I'd love us to bring into tonight/tomorrow. (if you're able to make it or watch the replay after/tomorrow 😎) This workshop is not about looking at your life and thinking you are behind, that you are not good enough, or that you lack systems. That mindset kills momentum. Tonight is about asking better questions. 1️⃣ After everything you have experienced so far, what can you do better moving forward? 2️⃣ What is this season teaching you? 3️⃣ Where is the best place for you to start right now, not perfectly, just honestly? Come into the call with a student mentality. Curious. Open. Willing to learn. You may reflect on and answer these questions after the workshop if you wish (I'll make sure to post it again with the replay), and the primary goal is to arrive tonight ready to listen, absorb, and take one meaningful step forward. Looking forward to seeing you.

WEEK 2 IS NOW LIVE!!!! @Matthias Schweiker @Jonathan Zam @Victor B Moreira @Chris Wendt @Zachary Rosario @Celeste Ruiz @Mateus Lara @Jeremiah Yi @Jeremia Yi @Massimiliano Biancardi @Diana Valencia @Rita Alaoui @Ziad Souki @Joshua Kaandorp @Will O @Lucca Morosoli @Mike Robinson @Tyler Scott @Tommy D'Antonio @Mai Abuamer @Mihai Balan @Harley Cran Last week, we talked about redefining your relationship with time and learning that time is not something you find, it’s something you design. This week, we’re going deeper. It’s all about connecting your why with your how, setting real priorities, and creating a simple ritual that keeps you focused both at work and in life. Remember, true productivity is not about doing more; it’s about doing what matters most. Take a few minutes today or anytime this week to watch Week 2, share your biggest takeaway HERE IN THIS THREAD in the comments, and let’s keep building this together. Let’s f go 🔥

Great stuff Bruno! You know exactly what to do on time management, the bullet points 15 min before a meeting really got me there. Such a small thing, but it makes a big difference at the end!
