🔥 Monday Inspiration 🔥Your environment is shaping you
I’m sure everyone here is aware of this, so I’d like to send this as a “reminder”. Your environment is either building you up or breaking you down. It’s either pulling you forward or pulling you back. And most people don’t realize it’s happening until years later. Back then, I thought “environment” meant the people around you and the place you live. And it does. But today, our environment also includes something we carry in our pockets all day. Your phone. Your feeds. Your social platforms. Lucky us, we found a positive platform like this. You might not choose every thought you have (which I think you do), but you definitely DO choose what you consume daily. And what you consume becomes what you believe is normal and acceptable. Unfiltered inputs create unfocused outputs. Filter what you consume. 😉 When I started my previous career, I made a decision about social media that honestly changed everything for me. I cleaned it up. I got intentional. I started following people who raised my standard. I removed anything that made me weaker, distracted, or average. And over time, it helped me stay sharper, more focused, and hungrier. Because my environment kept pulling me in the right direction. So here’s your Monday challenge: 1️⃣ Take 5 minutes today and audit your environment. People, places, routines, and especially your feeds. If it’s not helping you become who you want to be, it’s probably helping you stay who you are. Is that what you want? 2️⃣ Quick exercise: I’d love it if we could learn and inspire each other. Post your favorite 1–3 quotes below. The kind of quotes you’d want on a wall, in your notes app, or on your mirror. A quote that INSPIRES you! And if you can, write them down and carry them with you, especially when your motivation goes down.

What's a challenge you'll set yourself for 2026?
Today I did my weekly long ride and was on the phone with a friend who was doing his at the same time. During that call, an idea hit me. Last year, I did my first two triathlons and my first marathon, and I have insanely good memories from those hard challenges. That got me thinking about what challenge I want to give myself this year. I can’t (and don’t want to) do a triathlon right now because I’m recovering from a running injury. So I thought: why not pick a pure cycling event? That’s when the “Ötztaler Radmarathon” came to mind – a 225 km cycling event with more than 5,500 vertical meters. I only thought of this about two hours ago, and I’m not even 100% sure I’ll get a spot yet (they do a draw for places), but I’m already super hyped to train for something that big and see how much I can grow from it. Now I’m curious: what’s a big challenge you’ve set for yourself this year? It doesn’t have to be sport-related – just something that feels big for you right now. And if you haven’t set a challenge yet, maybe this is your sign to pick one. Those are the moments where we grow the most and learn a lot about ourselves.
Monday Inspiration 12/29 🥳
We’re in the last week of the year. I know there’s a holiday. I know things feel slower. I know it’s tempting to mentally check out. But this week matters. This is the moment to pause, reflect, and decide how you want to enter 2026. Not with pressure. With INTENTION! Here are 4 questions worth sitting with before the year turns: 1. How big are your dreams? 2. How demanding is it to achieve them? 3. Are you truly willing to meet that demand? (This is where most people split. Same potential. Same opportunity. Different commitment.) 4. How is it going to feel when it happens? Remember, for things to change, YOU have to change. Let's get into 2026 READY and have a FANTASTIC week ahead 😎

How was your Christmas? 🎄🎁
As for me, this was my second Christmas with my fiancée’s family, and just like last year, it was awesome. Gifts, warm cookies, great conversations, and even a trip into NYC since it was their first time seeing the city. Everything was going perfectly. Until the last day 😅 They had a late flight yesterday and of course a snowstorm hit, so the flight got canceled. United’s website was not working, the app kept crashing, and there were no live agents available. Definitely one of those moments that quietly tests leadership, patience, and attitude. Thankfully, no one lost their cool. With too many unknowns around the next flight, they made the call to cancel, get a full refund, and rent a car. Going to the airport to pick up that car and see over 100 people in the same situation was another adventure (see picture below, that was just the line from Avis, and in the back Budget lol). Even that took over an hour, and they drove back to Dallas and arrived safely. Airports, flights, and the DMV might be the best real life leadership labs there are. You learn a lot just by watching how people handle stress, delays, and things they cannot control 😂 All in all, it was a great Christmas. Time to slow down, enjoy family, and appreciate the moments. And the snow made it feel even more real, not just like the movies I grew up watching in Brazil. What about you? Any funny or unexpected Christmas stories? 🎄😎

Entering 2026 With Intention 🎯 | The 8 Key Areas of Life (Taking Action)
I hope everyone had a chance to review their 8 Key Areas of Life over the past few days. Last week was about clarity, getting everything out of your head and onto paper. This week is about intention and follow-through. I printed all of mine and put them up in my office, as you can see in the photo. I will review them weekly when I plan the upcoming week (also stole from @Georgiana D's way of planning). And you’ll see a few examples of how I approached mine, I’ve already added specific dates and moved key actions into my to-do list so they actually get done. You don’t have to do it this way. There’s no “right” format. But please DO SOMETHING. Write it down, schedule it, review it, track it. Intentions without action don’t go anywhere. If you’d like to share parts of yours in the comments, amazing. @Chris Wendt @Georgiana D @Tyler Scott @Josie Ngoumou @Simon Schörkhuber you guys can copy and paste yours from the last post or send it even more if you did more 😎 and/or If you’re still working on it, that’s completely fine too. The most important thing is this 👇 Being intentional with your time and making sure you’re doing something every day that moves you forward. In my experience, the biggest issue with goals is not the lack of doing or writing them down, it’s accountability and following through. That’s why we’re starting our accountability calls on 02/14 or 02/18 (we’ll revisit the date closer to it). From there, the goal is to meet every 6 weeks to review, reflect, and adjust. After the first call, you’ll understand the system and how to make it work for you. Also important to note: Goals for Q2, Q3, and Q4 don’t need to be fully broken down yet. We’ll do that together (or you can do on your own) after our second call, happening at the end of March / first week of April, once Q1 is complete.
