My 72 hour water fast was surprisingly easy and went well. However, I could’ve benefited from better guidance on reentry earlier. With certain foods, I’m experiencing an extreme tightness in my chest and I can’t tell if it’s heartburn or something else. It is intense to. the point where I can barely breathe. It doesn’t happen with all foods, but I’ve tested tater tots a couple of times and my body won’t even let me keep them in. I’m trying to decide if it’s the fat or the ingredients in that particular process food. I’m wondering if my Microbiome is too out of balance or I am more acidic. Is there a good way to test that?

@Lynn Beck I would have to agree with you Lynn. W FMD there was more fermented foods I ate during the 5 days but w 72 water fast I started w celery and dandelion root juice, then apple sauce and moved too quickly to a salad and pepperoni pizza🧐 bad choice I know. I was really hungry at that point as well and most likely ate too fast. In hindsight. I think I would recenter w more broths, fermented foods, and juices for 2-3 day
