Summer
Anyone figure out how to get more people in the summer or is it just a dead season and there isn’t much you can do. Thinking about adjusting memberships to like @Marc Fischer mentioned on the call just to keep it stable. Also noticed 5i is running lesson adds pretty heavy so the game improvement focus might be the way to go. Anything work for you guys?

Summer is tough for sure. My membership revenue has been relatively unaffected since i keep the price reasonable. I've had some membership fluctuation with good golf weather, but not enough to worry out, yet. I am considering lowering my hourly rates for the summer a bit to encourage more players and hopefully convert to memberships until we get through the summer.

I hosted a PXG fitting day yesterday. That brought in a few new customers and garnered 2 new memberships sign-ups yesterday since they got to play with my Uneekor bays on top of the PXG data. We'll get some sort of commission from the PXG sales as well 10%ish. It was also unseasonably hot yesterday so some folks cancelled their tee times and bought hours instead. The PXG stuff might be something to look into. It'll get people inside and you'll get a commission on the sale.
AI - Harnes for Agents
@Marc Fischer Diving into it a bit more and the class I am taking is recommending Hermes. I think you mentioned that on the call. Going to try using this one and we'll see how it goes!

Correct. I'm assessing OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Cowork. I'm leaning towards Claude Cowork for my purposes but still researching.

@Joshua Kauck Will do. the only reason I'm leaning towards Claude is that it can work on my central desktop from home and control some of the manual tasks i already do. OpenClaw and Hermes may require some on site HW for the agents to control.
AI Call Screening and SMS
Saw this as a facebook post. Might try and implement it for FAQ's and other stuff. I don't get a ton of calls but would love to automate it a bit. Looked like he had decent long term success with this and two locations. Post: Not sure if anyone else has other solutions, but here's mine in case you need ideas. I have a 24/7 facility. I get calls all day and into the night sometimes. Same questions over and over again. I created a Voice AI agent through Retell AI that answers all my calls now. I loaded it with all the Q&A I've received over the past few months into its knowledge base. It will now answer every call and provide good responses but there is still an option for a customer to have it transfer to a human for anything it can't answer or if someone just wants to speak to a human. I plan on running it for the next 30 days to see how it goes. It tracks sentiment and has transcripts and recordings of every call so they can be reviewed.
